What to do

SEARCH for clues by following the self-guided Treasure Trail through the footpaths, towpaths and walkways of towns and villages within the Woking area.

SOLVE the clues along the way and learn something new about where you have been guided.

ILLUMINATE your knowledge with new facts about the area you have visited and feel the sense of accomplishment when you complete the challenge.

How to do it

Our Treasure Trails are available for download from this site. Click the Trail of interest, follow the payment instructions and once complete you will be presented with a link to download an A5 booklet in PDF format which you can print out. Alternatively you can choose the online version and get a link to view instead. You will also receive a confirmation email with the download link.

Through experience we find it most beneficial to work in teams of up to six people. If more people want to take part we recommend splitting the team up and setting off at different times to aid your enjoyment.

If you do think something is amiss, let us know. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injury incurred during this activity. The trail can be followed using public rights of way. Users are responsible for their own safety and must not commit any acts of trespass.

Some routes cross main roads via pedestrian controlled lights. We recommend younger users of the treasure trails be accompanied by adults.
